The winter solstice is the shortest day and longest night of the year. It is the official beginning of the winter season.
This event has been celebrated by various cultures throughout history, symbolically focusing on energies such as rebirth, renewal, and the return of the light.

Sound therapy clears stuck energy patterns in the bodies meridians. What a magical way to close out the year, refreshed, relaxed and ready for the new powerful “dragon” 8 year ahead!!!

WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?

In general, Sound baths are a deeply immersive experience that creates deliberate relaxation, in which one experiences full body listening on a cellular level, which creates a natural “body scan” and deep relaxation produces renewal and recovery, for the central nervous system and the energetic body.

Sound is used in an intentional flow in which you are bathed in sound waves that are generated from music and instruments.

Deep relaxation helps to reset the dopamine levels that get reset by serotonin, the feel good hormones. Sound bathing creates a state of Theta. Theta occurs two times in our day. Science has shown that is unconscious state, is our gateway to learning, memory, and intuition, where profound healing can occur.

Intention setting, breath work and mantra will also be a part of the session.
