Jin Shin Jyutsu is a gentle form of acupressure that use soft finger touch over specific energy locations and axiatonal line in the body. This produces an environment of extreme relaxation, also known as the healing state. Restores the flow of energy which may have been caused by stress, illness or pain. It’s a healing science who relative is reflexology.


We will discuss top-line concerns to determine which pattern to be used, but not specific so that the intuitive side of the practitioner can also be present. We will start with breath work to open up the session. At the end of the session we will discuss how you feel, sensations, experienced and any thoughts or insights that came up.

This ancient practice harnesses the body's natural ability to heal and restore balance. Each acupoint corresponds to specific organs and functions within the body, and by stimulating these points, practitioners believe energy flow, or "qi," can be enhanced, promoting overall well-being.
