We believe in the power of gathering in a ritual circle to empower our bodies, minds and spirits. We use various ancient practices of breath work, Tai Chi , chakras, meditation, oracle and more. The circle culminates in a restorative healing Yoga sequence to help us embody and to integrate our intentions.
