During this all-day festival, you will have the opportunity to come together to chat with mental health experts, participate in creative and physical activities, and learn more ways of practicing self-care all while building stronger community connections.
Mend Your Mind will be a forum through which individuals are able to practice different forms of self-care with experts willing to share their skills with the community, including art, yoga, sound baths, meditation, dance, music, creative writing, and more. Additionally, you will have the chance to hear from a variety of mental health experts on a variety of topics. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.
This event is free and open to all ages, but you must register for a ticket on Eventbrite.
