As we step towards our “new-norm” with a tumultuous past year behind us, there is no better time to begin clearing the accumulated stress, vibrational toxicity, and trauma from our palettes. Introducing, “The Immersion” Weekend Wellness retreat, led by Astrid Kastenberg of C.O.T.A. Life. For those who were able to join our “Immersion” Single-Day retreat last year before the pandemic struck, we thank you and we heard your calls for an even deeper immersion into the experience of healing and wellness. 

So…prepare for a super-charged healing experience created to guide you through a beautiful journey of releasing what no longer serves you while filling that space with inner-peace, calm, harmony, balance, and joy.

This will be weekend of community and healing led by an amazing line-up of expert healers and light-workers specializing in such areas as Yoga, Meditation, Sound Healing, Reiki, Naturopathy, Crystal Healing, Nutrition, Herbalism, and more!
