This class is crafted to align with the natural rhythms of the body through a hybrid NSDR (No Sleep Deep Rest) flow. It features a gentle sequence of poses and deep stretches, seamlessly blended with calming pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and a restorative theta-level savasana to conclude the session.

As the sun sets in the late afternoon, our body's systems and energy also begin to shift. By following the Circadian Rhythm, we can connect with our innate flow of energy, promoting optimal well-being and tranquility.

The Circadian Rhythms operate on a 24-hour cycle that influences our physical, mental, and emotional states, extending their impact to animals, plants, and microbes. Light and darkness serve as the primary catalysts driving this rhythm.


Meditation is a tool for personal transformation. During a meditation experience, you transcend the endless chatter of the mind and enter into a deep rest that leads to higher spiritual states of awareness. This shift in consciousness creates mental clarity, spiritual revelations, inner and physical healing, peace, joy and an overall feeling of renewal, wellbeing and balance. The skin is the body's largest organ, and our faces contain numerous nerves and muscles that contribute to our overall well-being. Our faces are the first impression we make on others. When we exude radiance, vibrancy, and vitality, people are naturally drawn to our positive energy. Presenting a well-cared-for face signals to others that we value ourselves.

This meditation class begins with tuning in via breath, facial exercises, face yoga. We cleanse the skin in a beautiful nurturing ritualistic way, and select a mask to applied the skin. You lay in supported supine pose and are led through a guided meditation is done, while the mask refreshes the skin and olfactory system. The result is a deep, conscious deliberate rest of stillness, that makes the skin glow and the emotions rested.
